MED SYNC
Wish managing your medications was more convenient? With med sync, it can be! We coordinate your refills and work with your doctors for any authorizations so you can pick up all your meds in one trip to the pharmacy.
We go beyond automatically filling prescriptions and sending them out the door. At ColtRx, we make sure your medications are just what the doctor ordered, not what we last had on file. We make sure you understand what and how to take the meds prescribed.

Life is busy enough without running errands that you don’t need to run! When your calendar is filled with work, family, and just life, you won’t need to fit a trip to the pharmacy into your day. Get started with ColtRx delivery service and we’ll come to you with the meds you need.
RX MAP
This free program offers a safe and convenient way to take your daily medications – as compared to traditional medication vials (bottles). As your pharmacy, we will work with you and your doctors to organize your medications into multi-dose, disposable blister cards for easy administration throughout the day. This packaging essentially serves as a weekly pill box, except that you (or your family) no longer need to spend hours filling it.
Additionally, it will help you track whether you’ve taken your medications for the day, as daily doses are clearly separated into four (4) different times slots per day and allow for as many as 20 different medications. The front cover has all of your medication information and can be very useful to share with your care team at your medical appointments. We simplify the ordering process by proactively refilling your medications monthly (28 days). We also handle getting all of your refills, so you never run out of medication.
