Pill Packaging
Our weekly-multi dose packaging (organized by day and time), replaces the confusion of dealing with multiple pill bottles.
Care Coordination
Our team works with each resident’s doctor(s) to organize their medications into multi-dose, disposable blister cards for easy administration throughout the day. This packaging essentially serves as a weekly pill box.
Pro-Active Refill Management
We simplify the ordering process by proactively refilling your medications monthly (28 days). We also handle getting all of your refills, so you never run out of medication; ensuring you have what you need, when you need it.
Medication Therapy Management
Our pharmacists conduct comprehensive reviews to simplify regimens, such as consolidating dosing times to twice a day instead of four, which reduces your stress and provides better medication understanding.
