Compound refills can be requested via phone or text to : 412-561-1559 or via Nimble.  *If your prescription is out of refills or a new rx on file in the system Nimble will not allow you to refill*  If submitting through Nimble, you will need to call pharmacy and we can assist getting refill from doctors office.

LTC @ home refill request: This program proactively monitors patient need to monthly fills and will outreach to patient about 7-10 days prior to needing medication to confirm maintenance medication needs and if patient needs any "as needed" medications prior to their monthly delivery.

Compounding: simply call us at 412-561-1559, we will get all the necessary information needed to onboard you:

We can transfer prescriptions from your current pharmacy or call your doctor to get your Rx sent to us.

LTC: call us at 412-561-1499 and select option 1 for nursing home facility staff or select 2 for rxmap/ltc at home compliance packaging patient.  Our team will assist with onboarding you or your loved one into our LTC @ home service.  This includes multidose compliance packaging based on the times of day you currently take your medications.  We can also include any OTC & vitamins that are taken on a daily routine basis into the packs.  The packs are dispensed in 4x 7-day supply cards that allow for med cup delivery of each time of day dosing.  Learn more on our services page.
